Here are the details for this week's training. Those who are fasting, please do come down and wear your full uniform but training will not be too exhausting for you all and if you genuinely cannot participate, you will observe what is being taught during that training.

1530-1715: Drills
1715-1815: PT and Debrief
Reporting Attire: Full Uniform
Please make sure your uniform is perfect and up to standards
