Once again, I would like to reinforce that there is no need to be disheartened if you failed the 3rd class Drill Test as it is not a vital component in your Lance Corporal promotion. The 3rd Class Drill is pegged at a rather high standard as it is a pre-requisite badge for Corporal instead.
The passing score for both the 3rd Class Badge Test and the Campcraft Test have been moderated downwards. As such, those who have passed the test must continue to work hard to ensure that their standards continue to improve.
For those who failed the campcraft test, there would be a retest early next year so please prepare for it. There will also be a 3rd class retest early next year. It is COMPULSORY as it would be used in your Corporal promotion. Please use your holidays to study and prepare well for these two tests.
