SJI NPCC 0.22 Competition Teams

The cadets for the SJI NPCC shooting teams have been selected.

The members of Team 1 and Team 2 and the reserves will only be selected closer to the date itself.

The tenative shooting training dates are as follows:
Mon 18 Apr  - Air Pistol shoot
Mon 25 Apr - Air Pistol shoot
Wed  25 May - Air Pistol shoot
Fri 27 May - Revolver shoot
Sat 28 May - Revolver shoot


All air pistol shoots are at Bukit Batok Home Team NS building. Revolver shoots are at the National Shooting Centre at Choa Chu Kang Road. Transport will be provided on school days.


Competition dates are on one day from 31 May to 2 Jun 2011 at Home Team Academy.

Until Apr, the main emphasis will be on strength training. Please see Head Logistics to draw a hand grip trainer to work on your hand and forearm strength for your shooting hand. Other than that, you should also do a minimum 10-15 diamond push ups, 10-15 standard push ups and 10-15 dips everyday until the competition.


Additional strength training will take place before/after every NPCC training thereafter and will be conducted by Chief PTI.
