UOPA 2010 - Gold Award

Dear cadets,

I am pleased to inform you that we have been awarded the Gold Award for the Unit Overall Proficiency Award 2010 after attaining a silver in 2009.

The attainment of this award was only possible with the contribution of the following:

1) The teacher officers, Mr Sim, Mr Tang, Mr Chew, Ms Goon, Mr Ng and Mrs Chua.
2) Honorary Officer - H/Insp Omar
3) Cadet Inspectors - Donovan, Darrell, Guo Chen, Ci Kang and Javier
4) CLs 2009-2010 -  SI Unit Ci Kang and his team of CLs
5) CLs 2010 - 2011- SI Unit Surya and his team of CLs

Most importantly, the award would not be possible without the hard work, commitment and effort of each and every cadet in the unit. No matter which squad you belong to, no matter what rank you hold, every single positive thing that you do, from marching in NPAP, attending training, participating in a competition and most importantly being a cadet with a positive attitude and outlook will help us attain the next Gold award.

Our next target is Gold for 2011 with the eventual aim of attaining the Silver Cane Award for 5 consecutive Gold Units.

Can we do it? You bet we can.
