Dear all,
There are quite a number of things coming up this week. Firstly, there will be training this Friday, 1st April 2011. There will be photo taking this Friday and it is extremely important that everyone turns up in full uniform. I know that many of you are tired of preparing full uniform every week or every two weeks. The main reason for us taking this measure is to see an improvement in the uniform standards. We do see improvement in the uniform standards but not a significant one. If you can show us a significant improvement in uniform standards and maintain it for a few trainings, we will remove this rule. Once we attain a high standard in uniform, others will have more respect for us and we will look much better during the AP this year. I hope you understand the situation we are in. Remember to bring full uniform on Friday for photo taking.
Secondary 1s:
Your attire for this week will be ATC attire. This includes SJI PE T-shirt with BLACK track pants with the logo not being larger than the size of your thumb and White Socks. If you do not have track pants, please try to buy them at either beach road or any suitable place. As for the Photo taking, you are supposed to be in Full School Uniform. So please bring along your school tie on Friday.
Secondary 2s:
Please remember that you will be involved in a vist to Home Team Training Village on Thu 31 Mar 2011. The attire will be full uniform. Please report punctually. We understand that many of you are required to wear full uniforms back to back. However, things cannot be avoided this week as it is a HQ event on Thursday and the school has already allotted Friday for photo taking.
Secondary 3s:
Please note that there will be an interview for those who were not interviewed last week. Please be punctual and try to report 5 minutes before your allotted time.
Please note that the Ngee Ann Secondary Field Cooking Competition is held this Friday. Nelson, Toby, Shao Jie, Yuan Ker and Ethan are involved. Please be prepared for this competition and all the best.
The photo taking time MAY change because those involved in the competition will not be able to make it. Please stay on a lookout for updates on the timing or the date itself. Thank you very much.
Regards,
SJI NPCC Station Inspector,
SSGT Sai Surya
