Important Note:
1. All items
listed above are compulsory unless otherwise stated.
2. Campers are not allowed to wear any accessories
(e.g. necklaces, bracelets, ear rings etc unless in the case of religious
items) due to safety reasons during activities.
3. Campers are not allowed to bring any food to camp.
Food rations will be provided. Unauthorized food will be confiscated.
4. Campers are not allowed to bring or
wear contact lenses due to safety reasons.
5. Bespectacled campers must wear spectacle
hooks/bands to ensure that spectacles will not slip off during activities.
6. All entertainment devices are not allowed
e.g. PDAs, playing cards, discman, MP3 players, PSP etc.
7. Campers are allowed to bring mobile phones for communication purposes
before/after the camp but will not be allowed
usage during the camp.
8. Campers are reminded not to pack more than what is required in the packing list as campers may be required to move in long distances
carrying their backpacks.
9. Campers are encouraged to bring along a small
day-pack to store keep water bottle, writing materials, poncho, utensils etc.
10. Campers are recommended
not to bring sling bags, as the load from the bag might be too
much for one shoulder. Trolley bags are also not recommended due to the rough terrain. Haversacks are recommended so that the load
can be distributed equally.
11. Campers are recommended to waterproof their belongings using plastic
bags/zip-lock bags.
12. Campers may bring a maximum of $10.00 each, as
money is not required during the camp.
13. Valuables (including mobile phones and wallets) will be collected on
the first day of camp for safekeeping. They will be returned on the last day of
camp.
Please refer to the correct packing list when you pack for your camps. If you are a Secondary 2, refer to the ATC Packing List. If you are a Secondary 3, refer to the STC Packing List. The important notes at the end is the same for both camps. The hardcopy version with a consent form will be given to you this training. All the best for your camps!
Thank You
SSGT (NPCC) Wong Qi Yuan, Kenneth
SJI NPCC Station Inspector
