CIP on 17th September

Dear Sec 1s and Sec 2s,

Grant a Treatment Flag day is an annual event organized by TP Healthcare. As stated in my earlier blog post, it will be on the 17th September, which is a Saturday.

The following list is for those who CANNOT make it on that day. If you are unable to make it and your name is not there pls inform me immediately. If you are unsure whether you are free on that day, try to confirm by the end of this week and inform me as well.

If your name is NOT on the list, you are required to come down on the 17th of September from 12.00 pm to 5.00 pm at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station in your PT kit.

For those who did not come for service day, check your emails. Otherwise I will not know if you are coming for the CIP or not.

As CIP is pivotal in getting your CCA points, it is strongly advised that you go for this event. Many of your seniors are struggling to get more CIP hours now.

CIP Event on 17th September

Dear all,

There will be a Flag Day on the 17th of September for TP Healthcare Ltd. CIP hours and a Certificate of Participation will be awarded for this event.

Reporting Point: Ang Mo Kio MRT

Time: 8 am - 1 pm, 12 pm - 5 pm or 2 pm - 7 pm

Attire: PT kit

Basically we will be collecting money for the event by approaching people for donations. The money collected will be used for the treatment of the elderly.

Pls email your preferred shift to sjinpccplanning@gmail.com. However, it will be based on majority as we have go to together as a group.

Road Safety Course

Dear Sec 1s,

Please note that you will be having a road safety course in the coming June holidays. The details of the course are provided below.

Date: 15th June 2011
Time: 1:15pm - 5.30pm
Reporting Venue: Road Safety Community Park at East Coast Park
Attire: SJI T-Shirt and Black Track pants (with no design)
Others: Bring along a 2B pencil and eraser

Once again, this course is very important for all of you as it is a compulsory badge and it is a huge component of your promotion to Lance Corporal. Missing this course would mean missing out on many crucial things in NPCC afterwards. There will be 2 components in the course namely, practical and theory. This course actually quite fun and easy. Please do bring along your writing materials. If any of you are confused about the directions, please search it up on google maps. This is the public transport that can get you there.
Public transport: Opp Amber Gdn (387 m NW) 31, 36, 43, 48, 76, 135, 196, 197.

Police Knowledge 1 Course

Dear Sec 1s,

The Police Knowledge course is a very important course for an NPCC Cadet and it is a course that rewards you with a badge that is crucial when it comes to promotions and awards. The course is split into 2 parts. You will be attending the first part of the Course. More information about the second part of the course will be given later. For now, please note that this is a compulsory course that ALL the Sec 1s need to attend.

Reporting Venue: SJI (course will be held at Balestier Hill Secondary School)
Reporting time: 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Dismissal Venue: Balestier Hill Secondary
Reporting attire: NPCC full uniform

Please have a heavy recess or a quick lunch as lunch will not be provided.Please report punctually. Thank you very much.

Forthcoming Events - ALL TO NOTE

All cadets,

Please note the following activities are coming up:

1) Sec 1 and Sec 3 Uniform Fitting - All Sec 1 and Sec 3 cadets are to note the Uniform Fitting on 27 Apr 2010 immediately after school.

2) NPCC Day Commemoration - There will be a NPCC Day Commemoration on 7 May 2010, all cadets are to be in full uniform.

3) UG Photo Taking - There will be a UG Phototaking on 21 May 2010, all cadets are to be in full uniform for the photo taking.
