The Leadership and Mentoring Skills Course (LMSC) is a course conducted annually for Sec 3 NPCC cadets and focuses on building their soft skills in order to better facilitate training for their juniors. Please note that you will be having your LMSC course on the 16th to 17th of June.

Attire: Full NPCC Uniform
This course is a very crucial course and it plays a big part in preparing you for CL-ship. Thus, attendance is compulsory. Please ensure that you make these two days of your holidays available too. (along with the other courses or camps dates) Thank you very much.
