Take note that the 3rd Ap Rehearsal is this Tuesday, 7/7/15.
Time: 3.00-6.30pm
Attire: GOH - Half Uniform
Supt. Cont - PT Kit
Venue: Report at LE303
As Mr Ho said last training, continue giving your best and this may be the last AP Rehearsal before the actual parade.
Rest well and avoid any strenuous physical activities before training.
