This past year in NPCC has been a fruitful one for both CLs and cadets. As the year comes to a close, it marks the change of command in the unit. It is the time of the year where the Year 4s pass on their mantle of leadership to the incoming Year 3 Cadet Leaders. After careful observations and analysis in trainings, camps and interviews we have finally decided on the roles of Batch 49.
