Below are the details for this week's training.

Time: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm

Sec 3s,

Attire: PT Kit

You will be the only batch having physical CCA Training this week. There will be Physical Training and you will be revising all the drills you have learnt so far. Make sure to have revised the theory and the execution of all your drills before coming for the training.

Put in your best effort for every training to learn and grow as a squad.
